Lis Wehl was born on 19th August 1961 in the US, is an author and the former legal expert of Fox News.
She previously served as an assistant professor of Law in Law School at the University of Washington Law School. She has offered legal commentary on National Public Radio program and on Bill O'Reilly's radio show, The Radio Factor. She has a weekly appearance in The O'Reilly Factor. Wiehl is a native of Yakima, and grew up within Yakima in Washington State, graduated in Yakima at West Valley High School. She holds a degree of Barnard College (1983), a Masters of Arts in Literature Studies from the University of Queensland (1985), and an Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl worked as a prosecutor in the US Attorney's office. She was a legal correspondent on the NPR program All Things Considered. She was deputy chief investigating counsel for Democrats of the House Judiciary Committee, during Clinton's impeachment. She taught law as a tenured law professor at University of Washington School of Law Seattle where she managed the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 until 2001. Wiehl worked as a Fox News Legal Analyst from the year 2001 through 2017.
