Kelly Clarkson

KellyKelly Clarkson (in full Kelly Brianne Clarkson) was born the 24th of April, 1982 in Fort Worth, Texas. She is an American singer-songwriter and television personality. In 2002, she took home her first American Idol talent competition. Clarkson was raised within Burleson, Texas, a suburb of Fort Worth, where her voice talent was first recognized by her school's choir teacher when she was just a seventh-grade student. Following her graduation from high school Clarkson relocated for a visit to Los Angeles to try to make it in the showbiz. Clarkson was chosen to participate on the Fox Broadcasting Corporation's American Idol singing competition, that allowed the viewers to select their preferred performance. Clarkson's charisma, voice, and sense of humor instantly drew the attention by viewers. Her prize to win the competition was $1 million plus an agreement to record with RCA.
